Carleton Chinner

Carleton Chinner is the author of the Cities of the Moon series of science fiction novels and a reviewer for the Australian Speculative Fiction Review.

He is an Australian born writer who grew up on a remote farm in South Africa, where the trip to the town library was the highlight of his week. He devoured anything science fiction, fantasy and horror. And, when that wasn’t enough, turned to urban legend and traditional tribal histories which combined to provide a heady brew of stories.
When not writing, he works as a project manager on large corporate programs.

Timotheos Firestone

Timotheos is an intentional community founder and environmentalist who has a career in video game programming. Having planned to write fantasy and science fiction ever since childhood, he is working on his first novel, which decided it was going to be a deeply personal speculative near-future romance instead. The novel is aimed to be a relatable exploration of trends in society and issues facing humanity, with a backdrop of how technology advances happening now will affect everyday life in the coming years.

He joined Writer's Rendezvous to absorb the creative life-force of the motivated, inspired writers found within.

Mary Wyatt

Mary’s love of writing stretches back to early school days when the art of composition was introduced. Short stories followed and an early highlight was winning an Anzac Day essay competition and reading it aloud in the Town Hall before an audience of townsfolk, parents and peers. In later years memorable occasions would be celebrated in poetic form and with stories.
Currently Mary is writing a memoir, celebrating  a nursing career of four decades with tales and reflections of hospital life from the 1970’s onwards.
